To Practice
CHEERFULNESS
is an honorable habit.
To smile, to laugh,
to be glad, to be
joyful, brings pleasure
and delight to those
around you and
attracts blessings
into your own life, too.

Definition:  cheer
·    A mood; disposition; state of mind or of feeling
·    Gaiety; gladness; joy; encouragement, comfort
Syn. Cheerful implies a steady display of bright spirits, optimism, etc

Proverbs 15:13
A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.

Proverbs 17:22
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
